Bidders shall meet the following requirements and submit sealed materials in accordance with the list.

These include:

1. A copy of the business entity's certificate and license must be notarized.

2. The financial capacity to start the lease payment process shall be confirmed by the following documents.

Bank account statement of the client's bank (as of the last 1 year), Account balance must be able to start “Trade and service” operation.

The financial report / 2020 year-end report / must be certified by the relevant authority

Tax statement / as of the end of 2021 /

3. The bidding business entity must have experience in trade and services. / Copy of contract, reference on previous organization's shortcomings, defects and no evidence as relevant evidence /

4. Substantiated project and budget estimates on how to improve the use and protection of leased assets.

5 Definition of a court decision.

6. Notarized copies of job descriptions, lists and professional licenses of traders and service providers.

7. Introduction and design of trade and service activities.

8. Lease price proposal per square meter, excluding operating costs of the leased area. / Minimum price - more than 9000 MNT /
